Yours is a role that will see you managing end-to-end delivery of ancillary products and services that elevate the customer journey across all touchpoints. From airports and digital platforms to customer service and marketing, you will ensure that every interaction is optimised, seamless, and insight-driven.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to develop, test, and implement new ancillary offerings, guided by guest feedback and market data. You will embed continuous improvement, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure every product execution reflects Riyadh Air’s premium standards.

A key part of your role will be driving innovation, identifying new opportunities for value creation within complex digital ecosystems, and ensuring product governance frameworks are scalable and adapt to future needs.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a product led, agile organisation, with at least 5 years in a senior product operations or delivery role.
